ES-WCT

Feature

It uses a conductor with excellent flexibility and a flame-retardant. Sheath uses cross-linked polyethylene which has good flexibility, flame resistance (spatter resistance) and weather resistance. Since the allowable temperature of the covering material is high, the allowable current is also high, and it is possible to reduce the size by 1-2 compared to WCT/WRCT, making cost economical. Maximum allowable temperature is 105℃. It complies with the RoHS2.

BR-TYPE

Feature

The products BR-MCT, BR-VCT (made-to-order product), BR-2PNCT (made-to-order product). The bending resistance has been improved by devising the conductor structure (thin diameter bending resistant conductor) and twisted structure. It is a product compatible with the RoHS2 command.

ＢＲ－ＭＣＴ

BR-2PNCT uses a strong chloroprene sheath, it is suitable for mobile machines used outdoors such as cranes. 3PNCT can also be produced. Maximum allowable temperature is 80℃.

BP-TYPE

Feature

BP-type are BP-VCT (made-to-order product) and BP-2PNCT (made-to-order product). A high-grade product that uses an aramid fiber reinforced conductor to further improve the bending and tensile resistance of conventional braided conductor CT. It is a product compatible with the RoHS2 command.

ＢＰ－ＶＣＴ

The BP-2PNCT is suitable for harsh applications requiring tension resistance and bending resistance, such as the reel winding method. 3PNCT is also available. Maximum allowable temperature is 80℃.

BF-2PNCT

Feature

BF-2PNCT is an intervening type with an interposer inserted on the center of the wire, which is lighter and more bend resistant than 2PNCT. It uses ethylene propylene rubber as an insulator, has excellent electrical characteristics, ozone and heat resistance. The maximum allowable temperature is 80°C. Since chloroprene rubber is used for the sheath, it withstands overuse such as abrasion and shock, and has excellent properties such as oil, weather and flame resistance. In addition, 9 cores or more has the same structure as 2PNCT. It is a product compatible with the RoHS2 command. (Made to order)
